Super tasty lovely coffee & atmosphere ! This was my second visit and both times have been 10/10. Really friendly & efficient staff as it did get quite busy but we still got our food & drinks in good time!
We were passing through Chester and stopped here for breakfast. Honestly one of the best veggie breakfasts we've had - everything was seasoned to perfection. Good coffee too. Staff so friendly, lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
Great food and great coffee are reasons to visit LYP in Hoole, but the wonderful staff are the reason to keep coming back. The atmosphere is always friendly, despite it often being busy. The folks in there are a credit to the LYP, the village and to themselves. Love it

Food is gorgeous, as is the atmosphere. My partner had the Mediterranean breakfast and I had the Vegan one and both agreed they were some of the best breakfasts we've had out. They even had a vegan cake, which is a rare but always welcome find. Look forward to coming back.
Very busy cafe with it's own unique vibe. There is a great selection of tasty homemade cakes. If you want something more healthy, the lunch menu is just as good. It can get very busy at lunchtime, which is a sign they are doing something right. There is a large seating area with tables in the room to the left, or else the stools and window seats by the counter are good for those just popping in for a quick drink. In better weather, they have tables outside, where you can be part of the Hoole street scene!
If you need a quick snack/breakfast this is the place to go. The full breakfast is the bee's knees. Everything was cooked very well indeed. The staff did their best to make sure our meals arrived together (5 of us) and everyone commented on the good quality meals. And, they are dog-friendly.
I stumbled upon this cafe by accident. The food is delicious and well presented. The coffee is great. Has a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. I come out of my way to come to this cafe. Well worth a visit.
